 The Flagshipmotorcourt is centrally located. Within 5 minutes walk to Board walk,  State park Beach and Hampton Harbor. 
 
Our Hampton Motel was built in 1985 with many updates. The guest rooms are quaint and comfortably set back towards residential area away from Main road.

Rooms are spacious and bright with large windows. Cheerfully decorated. Rooms with fridge ,microwave ac and comfortable mattresses. Some rooms with kitchens.

Our guest return year after year for 20-25 years.
No elevators. For special needs call our office. We do not have ADA suitable rooms.
After hot hectic day at the beach you can continue vacationing at our beautiful and large 80 feet x 80 feet picnic BBQ area with 4 gas grills. Propane is provided depending on availability

Booking and Cancellation policy:
1. Reservation Deposit: A deposit of 50% 0f the total amount or one night whichever one is greater is required to secure all reservations.
2. Cancellations and Amendments: We require 14 days notice or guest will be responsible for full charges. Cancellation or modification fee anytime after booking will be 50% of total charges.
3. Booking for four guests under 25 years of age need to call reservation desk prior to booking.
4. 5% credit card convenience fee will be applied for all credit card payments made.

Rules: 
  • All rooms are non smoking however smoking on the balconies is allowed. 
  • No pets. 
  • Quiet time after 11pm.
  • Check out 10-10:30am.
  • Check in at 3pm.
  • No unregistered guests on property.
  • Only one car per room allowed. Car should be registered. permit should be displayed on dashboard. parking after check out not allowed.
  • Occupancy for 2 adults.  
  •  $15 charge for extra adults or children over the age of 12.
