The owners are very accommodating to your needs.They are very friendly. The price is reasonable (better if booked in advanced, as any other place you reserve) A nice clean heated pool.The kitchenate is nice, and the court-yard with picnic tables with grills (private & cozy)."

"“Wonderful to be here !” This was our 14th year here (family reunion) and every year there is something new. This year was the extended patio area in the courtyard and the new gas grills. We always have a great time and the managers are friendly and very accommodating. We are all looking forward to returning again next year."

"We have stayed at the Flagship the last 2 summers. It's very reasonably priced and the rooms are clean. The staff is accomodating. My only complaint was with the condition of he gas grills. They had 2 that were out of gas and 2 wouldn't start at all. Next yr. I will bring charcoal to avoid this but will definitely be back."

"I have been coming to Hampton Beach for the past 9 years and have stayed at The Flagship every summer. I have recommended my family and friends to stay here, because I always recieved good service and the owners were very friendly. The weekend ofJuly 11- July 14 2014, My family made their reservation, however I decided to go at the last minute. I reserved too late but the wife referred me to Sun and Surf. Long story short....I met up with my family to have dinner with them in the court yard on Friday night. We all were rudely approached, my cousin was asked 'How people do you have in your room staying'? She replied 3 adults and her 3 kids. She told me and my child we had to leave off the premises because of a no visitation policy. We were doing no harm to anyone, I have never in the years of staying here have a issue. She was extremely rude about it. I will never again pay a penny to this place again. Neither will my family and friends."

"I have stayed at this hotel for several summer vacations & have loved it. Very quiet, clean and personal. We were running late to arrive & the owner called us to make sure all was well. We got lost & arrived very late at night. The owner was awake & waiting for us! Wonderful people. Quite the beautiful sunset from our view."

Si on quitte une journée plus tôt , ce n' est pas la faute de personne , c est une décision personnel par rapport à la température du jour . voilà , je recommande fortement ce motel ."

"I was hesitant at first due to previous reviews however, I stayed the weekend of the June 11th, 2021, and I was pleasantly surprised. Fresh linens on the beds, new bed frames and bureau. Very very clean. The pool was also very clean as well. I will most definitely stay again. The only one thing I can say is that I do believe that housekeeping should have a cart with wheels to tote all of the cleaning supplies between floors. She had to make numerous trips to bring everything to the floors. Other than that this place was great! I will definitely come again."
